What should a quote request include?
The origin and destination ZIP codes are enough to start. Adding the pallet count, total weight in pounds and a short description of the commodity makes the quote more exact.
Can I book and track the shipment in the same place?
Yes. You book a quoted load in the LinkLane portal, and the shipment is tracked live from pickup to delivery at app.linklane.ai/track.
Is a LinkLane quote a binding price?
No. A quote is preliminary. The rate is final once it's confirmed in a written agreement, such as a rate confirmation, between LinkLane and you.
